Masked Spatial Statistics

Write a Matlab function to compute the masked spatial statistics by combing existing Matlab functions.

Apparently, the masked function exists in the code base already.

I did recognize that is important to create functions to generate the test datasets with a lot of metadata on them. In this issue I will make those function.

I will add example datasets for:

• Point Cloud Data
• Volumetric Data
• Periodic Data
• Nonperiodic Data
• Incomplete Data
• Phase Data (Discrete Values)
• Field Data (Float Values)
