[FUNCTIONALITY] Toggle icons #99
Description
Expected behavior
Clicking on the toggle icons there should be functionality displayed in both mobile and web
Actual behavior
No response when the toggle icons are clicked
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Go to:https://platform.topcoder.com/earn/find/challenges
- Under "CHALLENGES", on the right side, click the icons
- Observe
