trainControl method timeslice isn't working as it should #1417
Description
The trainControl option for expanding and rolling window has an error. Specifically, it says "wrong sign in 'by' ". It seems as if the 'by' paremeter had an extra '+' term. Or perhaps there's something missing after the '+'. With this error, the trainControl function doesn't run.
