Issue with luarocks install cutorch on windows 10

Hell all,

I have the following equipped on my machine:

Windows 10, Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 v16, Nvidia 1060, CUDA v11, Torch 7, Luajit 2.1, Lua 5.1,

and I am trying to do a luarocks install cutorch

and the following has happened in the x64 mode. Please let me know whether you have any insights on that.

It seems like a c++/c issue during the compilation.
