DispatchAndValidate output changes

Hi!

I'm using your library and found it has changed errors list format: it was an error map and now it is the full Ecto.Changeset structure which is honestly makes it slightly less convenient to do pattern matching against results.

Could you please explain the reasons of this decision and your future plans?
