Add validateOnInit option

When creating a new form, developers may specify a validateOnInit option that allows them to run the validation as soon as the form is mounted, before any other event occurs.

This would act as "pre-validation" for pre-populated form with existing data, will improve consistency in the data model (eventually) and may highlight pitfalls in the user experience.
