Themes files are ignored on newest Roam3 Firmware (301599)

Wahoo's newest update seems to have broken custom maps as well as ADB access. The custom theme files are ignored and the previous way of enabling ADB seems to have broken too.

Any idea for a workaround? I'm looking around in the decompiled BoltApp.apk right now but haven't found anything promising yet.

Pretty sure the theme paths are now hardcoded and loaded via applicationContext.getResources().openRawResource. The previous releases called a method that returned a path to the custom themes if the files exist, and in 301599 this method is changed to return null unconditionally.

Custom themes are dead for now.

Correct and no solution in sight I'm afraid.
Some people have filed a ticket at Wahoo to get this working again. The one feedback I saw was not discouraging but just from the help desk, so without any real value.
All we can do is hope atm that Wahoo sees the added value for end users. (And the more people that request it the bigger the chance??)
