[feature request] option to allow creating rooms for an URL if it doesn't exist already

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I created a voca room and sent it to my friend, then I accidentally closed it and instantly reopened the tab. Since the rooms are ephemeral the room was already closed and I had to go back to the homepage, create a new one, tell my friend I fucked up and send him the new link. It would be nice if the room just created itself when there's none on the URL.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like for a room to auto-create when I access a direct room link and there's no available room, this can be a configuration option. Hedgedoc has an option like this called allowFreeURL if you're looking for a name.

this is actually exactly how i imagined voca working, wonder why it is different. it could always just try to create a room from any URL, and if a room already existed, join it or prompt for password if it is locked
