ESC max limit

hi , sorry to open ticket for my question , but what is the max current rate of your design ? can it use for much higher amper with just replacing the mosfet to higher grade?

I think it's actually limited by the PCB at the moment to maybe 8A or so, there's a few traces around the mosfets that aren't really thick enough to handle high currents for long. I burnt them one day and soldered some used wick in their place. The specified mosfets are already quite good and will carry at least 20A as designed (no heatsink, forced air from car's movement), I'm not sure that you'd get noticeably better performance by replacing them. Thus, for higher currents I would suggest that you mount the mosfets to a heatsink and run all the high current traces off-board with thick wire. Good luck, and let me know how you go!
