Product Tour: Create, Add, and View First Tag

Based on analytics, tagging is severely under-used—it should have been one of the most popular features. Careful consideration points to the ability to add/edit tags being hidden or not known to new users.

This feature would be to extend the onboarding process by adding an additional step wherein the user is encouraged to click on the "Edit Tags" button on one of their saves and add their first tag. A possible next step could then be to point the user to the "Tags" filter in the sidebar and have them click the newly-created tag so that they can get a feel for how tagging works.
