Add `tap`

Description

It's just a proposal. It would be handy to do:

task
    .map(tap(x => console.log(x))

[hrajchert]

Instead of doing that, (which you can use ramdas tap), I'd suggest to change it to

task.pipe(
  tap(x => console.log(x))
)
