Adding metadata about the code in the telegram response message

For better searchability, we should add a title and description of the code in the response message.

• We can ask the user.
• We can get it from the Javadoc.

asking the user makes more sense i think? because javadoc is well, java specific and what are odds of any code actually having a documentation? 😂
