Add "None" modifier key to disable all modifier-related actions

Some people like to use Taekwindow only for the scroll wheel behaviour and don't want the Alt+drag functionality. Having "None" in addition to "Left Alt", "Any Alt" and "Right Alt" would accommodate them with little change.
