Some Metro apps (mostly those made to target Windows 8.1 specifically, I think,) don't work with the scroll wheel at all when Taekwindow is enabled. Netflix, Hulu, Facebook, Twitter all don't work, even though Metro apps like Sports, Wikipedia, and News all work.
