New Nvalt asking for password

I recently upgraded from old MacBook Pro to a new one, and in the process of transferring everything over my Nvalt hasn't worked. Whenever I launch it, I get a dialogue box that says: "Please enter the passphrase to access notes in ~/Dropbox/nValt." And then there an entry field for my Passphrase.

The box is checked for "Remember passphrase in Keychain" but it's not in my Keychain.

How do I fix this?
