Hi, qwen 25 use dynamic sampling for video frames. It will change dynamically as the number of frames changes.

For example, if a video has 30 seconds.

If you set fps=2, max_frame=200, then qwen will sample 30*2=60 frames, the sampled fps will be 2.

If you set fps=2, max_frame=15, then qwen will sample 15 frames, the sampled fps will be 0.5.
