Add a `layout.display.blocks.mode.type` of "summary" to NPF

Currently it's possible to specify that some blocks should only be shown when viewing the full post (using `truncate_after`), but I'd also like to do the opposite - specify some blocks that should only be shown when viewing the condensed post.
