Embed data tiles

Support the oEmbed standard to embed a data tile on external websites.

Use oEmbed to embed just one simple tile. This required a unique URI for every data tile.

As a second step add the possibility to embed a list of tiles. This could be the newest tiles, some specific ones, a complete city...
