Repo doesn't have releases

Repo doesn't have a release dir.
I don't like to build it and install all what needable for it.
Please create a release in a github page of your project.

Checking today I realized that the repo does have releases for the Application and for the Data Source. Maybe in the meantime the repo was updated. They seem to work fine so far.

On the other hand the Data Source needs Qt installed I believe. It would be great if the Readme file could be updated with information about how to use or what else to install.
