Failing to save due to expired_access_token

I've been seeing this issue the last few months where I have a long-lived TW tab open. It seems after some time, saves will fail with this error:

twcloud.js?20180409:305 {status: 401, error: '{"error_summary": "expired_access_token/", "error": {".tag": "expired_access_token"}}', response: c}

On other tabs, I am logged into Dropbox fine, so it seems like some API contract has changed somewhere which requires the access token to be refreshed at regular periods (or before a save operation is attempted).

The problem is once this state is reached, there is no way to recover and potentially a lot of TW changes are lost which is frustrating..

I think this is related to the 4 hour expiry of the token. That seems to match what I am seeing.
