Add information about STRIKE team and ThoughtWorks

I really liked this section from Pixelated contribution guidelines: https://github.com/pixelated/pixelated-user-agent/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#thoughtworks-role

I adapted it to coyim, but I thing it would be useful to have something similar on this repository to explain something.

I also added some contact information (IRC). Would it be useful to have a public email address here so people can get in touch?
