How are the checkpoints in prop_models generated

Hello,

I am currently working with your model using a new dataset for metal-organic frameworks. While running the compute_metrics script, I noticed that it requires a checkpoint saved in the prop_models folder for my dataset.

However, the checkpoint generated during VAE training does not match the architecture of the ones provided in the repository. I’ve verified that there are architectural differences between them.

Could you please clarify how the checkpoints in the prop_models folder were generated? Is there a specific script, or perhaps a previous commit, that contains the code or methodology for creating these checkpoints? Any guidance or resources for this task would be greatly appreciated.

It's done via the supervised version of the training model.
