Objective
Define whether UAAPS should specify runtime lifecycle management concepts such as activation, deactivation, hot reload, and health checks.
Priority
P2 — Nice to Have
Details
The spec currently has no runtime lifecycle model for installed packages.
Acceptance Criteria
- Decide whether runtime lifecycle management is in scope
- If yes, define core concepts and boundaries
- Identify affected sections or future extension points
