Setup a pipeline in Bitrise for Android and iOS.

The pipeline should only build the app.

These are some tasks that Thalita and I listed to complete this issue.

• Create Bitrise account with TW email.

• Configure and test webooks.

• Add .yml file to uaifood repo so the CI configuration can be downloaded from Github

• Pipelines: Are we using only for building?

• Make sure Bitrise emails are reaching all the users.

• Do we need to upload the apk and ipa files to somewhere else?
