Move components to morph repo #507

Description
Other components like TabsBar are in the UITK's Extra module and it can be hard/hassle to modify them and all.
Perhaps it would be better to just bring it to the Morph repo and maintain and develop it here?
Does any other app use it?
Doesn't need to literally move, maybe like fork it or something :)
