Versification file for 'base' scheme?

I suspect we need a versification file that describes the full scheme from which other versification schemes are derived. We probably need documentation for that as well, including some justification for the pragmatically derived choices that were made.

@jonathanrobie I should be able to generate the JSON expression of org, lxx etc fairly easily. Obviously we can't include the documention within that JSON because, well, it's JSON.

@jonathanrobie I generated and added JSON representations of the 7 .vrs files in my PT8Projects directory. Fun fact of the day is that there's verse mapping in org.vrs which is a strange definition of "original". Compounding fun fact is that you won't find out why by looking at the JSON, because there's no way to preserve the comments in the .vrs in JSON.
