Comment textsearch.py and uploader.py

@DexterAntonio mentioned that this should be done via VS code in so that we can automate Sphinx documentation

Remove comments tabbed to the right of the code. If relevant they can be moved above the code, but in general I think we will want to be more descriptive with those comments.
