Graphical Bug with Casino and Balance

I am using Command Prompt on Windows 10. When running the casino and balance modules specifically, the characters used do not show up as intended. This doesn't prevent me from being able to use the modules/understand them but do detract from the aesthetics for certain screens like the menus. See the screenshots below:

So far I have tested the following modules: balance, calculator, casino, chat, deed, fish, inventory, list, shop, and tictactoe. Casino and balance are the only ones that have the issue presently. See below example of shop working as intended and also other parts of casino working as intended:

Would love someone to investigate this and see how the ASCII art can be viewed from all terminals and devices. Thanks!

For anyone tackling this issue: the simplest solution to this would be to use characters strictly in the ASCII extended character set (theasciicode.com.ar, up to 255), as characters up to these print correctly - as evidented by the correct printing of double vertical bars (║, ascii character 186) in the Terminal screen. But these characters are very limiting and do not express a lot of information, especially for single character spaces, as seen in Casino Module.

This might just be an encoding issue. If it is, disregard the above.
