Setting up an extensible backend for the autocomplete

For now, this will get a query term and provide autocomplete results. However, when making this, keep in mind that in the future, we want to

• Suggest classes based on major
• Suggest classes based on friend in those classes
• Suggest classes based on friends who've taken those classes in the past
• Don't suggest classes that the person has already taken
