ujmp.core.MatrixFactory unavailabe in 0.3.0

I'm trying to migrate my ujmp version from 0.2.5 to 0.3.0, with many dependencies on ujmp.core.MatrixFactory. But there seems to be no backward compatibility for this.

I don't know if you still need this, but searching in the source I found MatrixFactory has been refactored to Matrix.Factory.

Not all of the method signatures match, so now I have to hunt down the equivalents.
