Doesn't work after reboot

It works well first time on Fedora 27 with kernel 4.15.4-300, but it does work after reboot, what's wrong with it?

Only after reboot ?
Can you check if this also appears if you dis/reconnect the device ?
I've enabled the USB3 switch by default and this will survive a reboot, but not a power off.
