As a user I want a template that helps me reporting an issue:

For Questions/ Problems of the Connection I think the following informations are needed:

• Fair
• Used Companion Specification
• Used OPC UA Gateway Version
• Used Enviroment (Prod, Staging, Dev)
• Description
• stage of the On Boarding Process
• Steps to reproduce
