Model sharing & loading

• Ability of people to retrieve the URL of their models to send to others or bookmark, using same scheme as in legacy version
• Ability to load legacy models stored in ump directory
• Support for URL arguments such as for loading models from the user manual, or from the example library, or from an arbitrary Internet file
