Add CNAME #84
Description
GitHub recently announced that they are sun-setting the non-actions variant of GH pages.
A careful reading of their announcement appears to say that sites with a .nojekyll file in them can still be hosted on GH Pages without Actions, and we don't actually rely on Jekyll here, so we can probably do that.
However, I would like to also start deploying this site to a CNAME we control so that we don't get bitten by something like this in the future.
