Excel file: ingest failure #16
Description
As of version 2.0, TRSA failed to ingest an Excel file (xlsx 2007-13 format) and left message java.io.IOException: No rows of data found in the Excel (XLSX) file.
This message is originated from XLSXFileReader#read method. Newer versions of Apache POI-related packages were testes, but all failed with the above message
The container version of Dataverse version 5.4.1-trsa-api yielded the same failure message
- test again with an Excel file created by genuine MS Excel
