Cold Wallet

Create a simple cold wallet implementation in html for offline use. Allow the creation of addresses and QR codes to share online. Run in browser without any external connectivity.

Support encryption and creation of addresses. No need for transactions yet as eventually these coins will be sent to Ethereum using ZKBridge

Tested on offline wallet commit cb6fb0a0b64cc982c2d469dd734e80e7df52f956.

Step to reproduce encryption issue:

1. Initialize wallet
2. Set wallet encryption
3. Backup wallet
4. Open backup file

Actual result: Backup file contains raw private key

Retested on local environments with offline wallet commit commit f1af6611ae3860d0a8c02f7791b9751adb627391 (HEAD -> main, origin/main, origin/HEAD).

Tested multiple times on different machines that:

1. User can initialize new wallet (Create wallet), which iwll result in creation of wallet address and private key related to it.
2. User can backup wallet and later restore it on same or different machine.
3. User can delete wallet and create new one again (public and private key pair)
4. User can encrypt wallet and then back it up, in that case described in above comment issue not present anymore (it was fixed)
5. If wallet as encrypted, then on restore or migrate action it would be required to submit correct password.
6. Also if I scan QR code, then I can see public key.
7. Also checked that it is possible to migrate wallet in alpha-qt, by executing "./alpha-migrate.sh ", and when after executing "./alpha-cli -rpcwallet="walletX" rescanblockchain", then user should be able to open wallet in alpha-qt and see its balance.
