[TGE] Update aggregation tree and inclusion proof formats

PR #141 changes the aggregation tree and inclusion-proof wire format (v2). End-to-end validation requires at least one SDK that speaks the new format. Neither SDK currently does.

TypeScript SDK (state-transition-sdk-js) on main fails against this aggregator branch with a CBOR decode error:

Root cause: SDK still decodes SparseMerkleTreePath; aggregator now returns the binary InclusionCert format.

Java SDK (state-transition-sdk-java) v2 port is incomplete — confirmed by @martti007

Without a working SDK on either side, the live HA / shard / shard+HA test cannot be executed end-to-end.

Blocking issues
unicitynetwork/state-transition-sdk-js#105 — TS SDK v2 inclusion-proof format support.
unicitynetwork/state-transition-sdk-java#57 — Java SDK v2 inclusion-proof format support.
Both must be resolved and merged before end-to-end validation of aggregator-go PR #141 can proceed.
