\u00A0 (NBSP) combination with diacritics to remove \u25CC (DOTTED CIRCLE)

Apple core text and Microsoft 10 doesn't remove the dotted circle from diacritics with combination of non-breaking space(\u00A0).

Although harfbuzz removes the dotted circle (\u25CC) from diacritics. Harfbuzz leaves a space in place of the dotted circle (\u25CC)
