Building fails on opensuse Tumbleweed.

Hi,
I'm getting the following error when trying to build the wallet on an opensuse Tumbleweed system. I don't think I'm missing a dependency maybe it is due to newer libraries versions on my system (rolling distro)

What version of OpenSSL is being used?

Yep probably the issue is there because my distro is using this:

openssl version
OpenSSL 1.1.0g-fips  2 Nov 2017
