refactor: bugfix for estimation buttons

## Description

It is frustrating that the Estimation button on the forward/reverse adapter cannot be pressed until the target length is determined. Moreover, it is not simple to perform estimation by communicating with the backend three times, so it should be designed so that estimation can be performed in one go.
