Please sync with upstream ForgeWrapper to fix neoforge crash in 1.21.6/7/8

Upstream ForgeWrapper has updated in PrismLauncher/ForgeWrapper#7 and in PrismLauncher#88 (in meta) to fix PrismLauncher/ForgeWrapper#6. neoforge 1.21.6/7/8 cannot start).
However, ForgeWrapper in this repo (unmojang/meta) is still the old one (2024-02-29), which causes unmojang/FjordLauncher#80.
Sync with upstream would fix it.
