Implement the users index page to loosely follow the given design:

Some functionality notes:

• No need to implement the functionality of the new button or the edit/delete buttons on each row (separate issues)

The design is simply a guideline, below are some design notes:

• Keep the fonts the same as the current app
• Use colors from the design
• You can re-use the existing table component for the users table display, just make sure the rows have the correct content
