Facets not added to search history #326
Description
On the /search_history page, using the arrow button to re-run a search with only facets correctly returns the user to the search with the appropriate facets, but the search is not added to the /search_history list again.
On the /search_history page, using the arrow button to re-run a search with _both facets and a query _ correctly returns the user to the search with the appropriate facets and query, but the search is added to the history with only the query.
