Document how to fully remove UO & dependencies from a computer

I am often frustrated when other tools don't have documentation for this. Deleting an app often does not fully remove env vars and other remnants of an installation. This is valuable to both respect our users and provide instructions for how to achieve a clean surface to (re)install UO.
