Possible usage in React-Native

Hi! 
Is it possible to use this within react-native since this is written in js? I know that jQuery can't be used in react-native as jQuery relies on the HTML DOM structure and react-native has its own. Can I still use the algorithm for pitch-shifting though? That would be marvellous!
