Command for data format conversion

User Story:

As a Metaschema developer, in order to more effectively change between serialized JSON, XML, and YAML formats when prototyping models and document instances, I want a metaschema-cli command to convert between the different versions of a document instances between data format for different models dynamically so that I do not need to do it manually.

Goals:

• Take given Metaschema models in the module(s) and a document instance
• Convert between different data formats
• Without having pre-compiled bound model classes

Acceptance Criteria

• All website and readme documentation affected by the changes in this issue have been updated. Changes to the website can be made in the docs/content directory of your branch.
• A Pull Request (PR) is submitted that fully addresses the goals of this User Story. This issue is referenced in the PR.
• The CI-CD build process runs without any reported errors on the PR. This can be confirmed by reviewing that all checks have passed in the PR.

Support for this was added in metaschema-framework/metaschema-java v2.0.0 back in Novermber 2024.

For the community members’ clear understanding, it is important to note that the metaschema-framework GH repository (and all its projects) is a repository that does not belong to NIST, nor is NIST endorsing or using the metaschema-framework projects and that the enhancements discussed herein were not proposed back to NIST as contributions.
