Small naming issue

It appears the name of your files InstaGibPlus_11.u and .int should be InstaGibPlus_v11.u / .int respectively. Small fix, I renamed my files and it worked.

Actually there are other issues too, but that was one issue I encountered, not sure if those naming conventions throw other things off.

Please do not rename the files. The documentation is wrong about the filename.

The crash tells me that you are not running UT v469. Please update your game. IG+ requires v469 on the server.

Change "ServerPackages=InstaGibPlus_v11" to "ServerPackages=InstaGibPlus_11"on UT.ini .
(mutator line also)
Don't change the file name.
