PHQ and GAD not disappearing after being submitted

Describe the Bug
In Demo but not in Dev after the PHQ or GAD is completed the prompt to take the tests does not disappear

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Under the Aaron Account in Demo

1. Go to the Anxiety of Depression Check in
2. GO through the test
3. Submit
4. Go back tot he home screen

Expected Behavior
After submitting the test and receiving the score you can no longer take the test.

Additional Context
I tried this in Dev and also Demo under Kimberly who doesn't have data and was unable to recreate this.

In demo testing, we confirmed that underlying issue is a backlog of multiple ScheduledAssessment items.
