Delete case reviews/patient sessions

Problem
In the registry there is no option to delete erroneous case reviews/patient sessions. If a case is made as a test it can't be removed later.

Describe Desired Solution
Add an delete button and have a conformation of the action.

Describe Alternatives
Hide button so the data isn't permanently delated.
