inequality constraints, feasible starting point

Hi there,

I would like to try to use wLogDate for deep phylogenies with the tweaks you suggest: changing equality to inequality constraints and setup feasible starting points for the solver.
How could I do those things?

I see that the equality/inequality constraints are defined within "logD_lib_working.py" but I'm not entirely sure how to go about editing it.
